DCA welcomes Australian Anthill to its growing list of publisher clients who have chosen to use to DCA to not only manage their subscriber customer service, but also work closely with the publisher to increase their subscription volumes.

Australian Anthill received the award for Best Small Publisher and several High Commendations in the categories of Best Consumer Magazine, Best Magazine Launch and Best Graphic Design (a first for a business magazine).

MagsOnline, the first web client for Subs Plus, has gone live today!

This represents a great addition to FPC's growing list of publication websites. The MagsOnline website:

• allows customers to process their own orders for subscriptions and/or merchandise to all FPC magazines linking directly to the Subs Plus database for instant processing
• increases the level of customer service by allowing customers more access to information about their subscriptions and increases efficiency of processing orders.

DCA has been selected to not only continue to manage the Pacific Magazines stable of titles, but also the Murdoch Magazines part of their group, consisting of Better Homes & Gardens, Men's Health and Marie Claire. The magazines have in excess of 70,000 subscribers.

This decision by Pacific Publications is a further endorsement of the level of quality customer service that DCA provides for magazine publishers and their clients.
